GetRighted is a UK service that helps ordinary people stand up to unfair penalties. We know the rules — the parking codes, the PoFA requirements, the appeal deadlines, the tribunal routes — often better than the operators that issue the charges. We tell you honestly whether your case is worth fighting, then draft a strong, evidence-based appeal in your name.
What we do
You enter your ticket details and answer a short triage. We assess the specific grounds and evidence and give you a verdict with an honest win-rate estimate — Strong, Workable, Weak, or pay-the-discount. If it's worth appealing, we draft the letter citing the relevant rules and case law. You review it, and you file it.
We cover private parking charges, council parking and traffic PCNs, council tax disputes, and tenancy-deposit disputes. You can see the published appeal success rates for each route.
What we are not
Why we're honest about the odds
Plenty of services imply every ticket can be beaten. That isn't true, and bad appeals waste people's time and money. We would rather tell you to pay a weak ticket at the discounted rate than sell you false hope — which is why our methodology is public, including its limitations.
