What ClearTicket is
ClearTicket is an information and document drafting service. We help you understand your parking ticket situation and, where appropriate, draft an appeal letter on your behalf.
Our triage tool assesses your case based on the facts you provide and published rules, codes of practice, and case law. If we think your ticket should be paid, we will tell you that honestly.
What ClearTicket is not
ClearTicket is not a law firm, solicitor, barrister, or legal adviser regulated under the Legal Services Act 2007. We do not provide legal advice and we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or any other legal regulatory body.
We do not represent you in any legal proceeding, tribunal, or court hearing. If your dispute reaches the court stage, you should seek qualified legal advice from a solicitor.
Triage verdicts and win rate estimates
The triage verdict you receive is an assessment tool based on historical data patterns, published legislation, and operator codes of practice. It is not a professional legal opinion.
Win rate estimates reflect patterns observed in historical appeal outcomes. They are not guarantees of any particular result. Every case is different, and outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including the evidence you submit and the adjudicator reviewing your appeal.
Appeal letters
Appeal letters are drafted based on published legislation, codes of practice (such as the IPC Code and BPA Code), and relevant case law. They are not bespoke legal analysis tailored by a qualified legal professional.
You are responsible for reviewing any appeal letter before submitting it. You decide whether to file an appeal, and you file it yourself.
Your decisions, your responsibility
All decisions about whether to appeal a parking ticket are yours alone. ClearTicket provides information and tools to help you make an informed decision, but the choice to appeal — and the consequences of that choice — rest with you.
ClearTicket is not responsible for the outcome of any appeal, whether successful or unsuccessful.
Limitations
The information provided through ClearTicket may not reflect the most recent legal developments, regulatory changes, or updates to operator codes of practice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our information current, we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date.
If you are unsure about your legal position, or if your case involves court proceedings, we recommend consulting a solicitor or qualified legal adviser.
